Pricing for Remediation Services
All the testing and auditing in the world still won’t do the “fixing” part to bring your website into compliance.
What needs to be fixed and how can vary dramatically from site to site or even according to which compliance criteria they may fall into. For example, for videos, you’ll need to have start/stop capabilities in whatever video player you’re using and you’ll need closed captioning in place. The only pricing difference is how long your video runs.

Basic Remediation:
- $125 per page up to 10 pages
- $100 for per page up to 100 pages
- Over 100 pages – contact us for custom pricing

Advanced Remediation:
- $150 per page up to 10 pages
- $125 for per page up to 100 pages
- Over 100 pages – contact us for custom pricing

Document Remediation:
- $50 per page up to 10 pages (2 page minimum)
- $25 for per page up to 100 pages

Video – Closed Captioning:
- $5 per minute of YouTube video
- $25 for per minute of MP4 file

Annual licensing fee:
- $490 for websites up to 1,000 pages
- $990 for websites over 1,000 pages and up to 10,000
- $1,490 for websites over 10,000 pages and up to 100,000 pages
- Licenses must be purchased for each domain or subdomain
accessiBe one-time installation costs:
- With Google Tag Manager in place - $500 per domain
- Google Tag Manager install (depending upon your CMS) - $500
- Install without Google Tag Manager and no CMS - $1,500 plus $25 per web page
