Pricing for Accessibility Compliance Services
At DiscoverA11y, we want to be as transparent as possible about what we do and how much it costs. Having said that, costs can vary greatly depending upon your needs. The number of pages, whether it’s for your website or a document, will influence costs. Furthermore, some services are more complex and require more time and effort to successfully complete and this too will affect pricing.
How Pricing Works
We break down pricing into two major categories:
- A la Carte
- Packages
For A la Carte we offer the following categories:
- Tools – like browser overlays
- Testing and Audits – finding errors
- Monitoring – making sure you don’t get new errors
- Remediation – fixing errors
- Consulting – helping you manage or fix errors on your own
Packages give you a grouped set of services at a discount.
We also offer discounts for higher volume and for additional combinations outside of our standard packages, but since those possibilities are almost endless, we ask that you contact us for custom pricing.
A la Carte Pricing – accessiBe Browser Overlay Tool
Annual licensing fee:
- $490 for websites up to 1,000 pages
- $990 for websites over 1,000 pages and up to 10,000
- $1,490 for websites over 10,000 pages and up to 100,000 pages
- Licenses must be purchased for each domain or subdomain
accessiBe one-time installation costs:
- With Google Tag Manager in place - $500 per domain
- Google Tag Manager install (depending upon your CMS) - $500
- Install without Google Tag Manager and no CMS - $1,500 plus $25 per web page
