Our monitoring pricing is all about frequency. Some websites only need an occasional check in, other websites undergo changes and updates on a weekly basis and as such may require greater monitoring support.
Also need help with maintaining? Maybe you need help fixing some of the pages you need to bring into compliance? We offer an add-on piece for maintenance to any monitoring plan.
No matter how often you may need help, we offer a program that will suit your needs and make sure your website stays in compliance moving forward.
A la Carte Pricing – Maintenance
Weekly Monitoring
- $125 per page up to 10 pages
- $100 for per page up to 100 pages

Monthly Monitoring
- Up to 20 hours a month @ $125/hour (minimum 2 hours = $250)
- Over 20 hours a month @ $105/hour
- Over 50 hours a month – contact us for custom pricing

Quarterly Monitoring
- Up to 50 hours a quarter @ $125/hour (minimum 6 hours = $750)
- Over 50 hours a quarter – contact us for custom pricing

Annual licensing fee:
- $490 for websites up to 1,000 pages
- $990 for websites over 1,000 pages and up to 10,000
- $1,490 for websites over 10,000 pages and up to 100,000 pages
- Licenses must be purchased for each domain or subdomain
accessiBe one-time installation costs:
- With Google Tag Manager in place - $500 per domain
- Google Tag Manager install (depending upon your CMS) - $500
- Install without Google Tag Manager and no CMS - $1,500 plus $25 per web page
